Hello All,
I used to have an A1200T. That was stolen in a burglary; but I have since been given a CS '060 and SCSI module.
If you were going to do an A4K tower conversion in this day/age, what would you use for dh0:
Would you buy a SCSI HDD; get an Ultra ATA controller, (with/without SATA adaptor); or get something completely different like a SSD?
Cheers.

I went with a SCSI CF card reader for my 4000T. Love it so far. Got it from Mechy at www.a4000t.com (http://www.a4000t.com). I boot directly to a 2GB CF card. More than fine for my use, and very quick.

This.
Any semi-modern CF card will outrun the fastest Amiga controller, so performance is fine. It's low cost, low heat, low power, low complexity, and easily available. What more do you want?
