Well i just bought an amiga 2000 from for £9.50 as it has a battery leak on the board but it still works for now.Well where should start with it?Does all that battery juice need to removed or will it be fine?I know i will need to replace the battery but where do i get these from?Any other things i should check on it to make sure its all fine?Oh damn once you start you just cant stop eh.Since 2001 i have went nuts on hardware to upgrade my 1200 and now i own a mikronik 1200 also..I should stay off ebay and amibench lol but well why not just buy more anyways..

The battery acid needs to be very carefully removed! I'm sure someone here knows the best method.
