Title: can all amiga games run on WINUAE ?

I have original amiga forever -winUAE-.
Will all amiga games run on emulation ?

I can confirm that Stunt Car Racer is a no go.

A few won't work, but the vast majority will.
 
I found that emulation tends to be more finicky. Often I had to use very specific ROMs and setups, while they'd work fine on a different model "for real"

Napalm has caused a few nightmares for people but it does work once you get the set-up right.

Stunt car racer on PS3? Is UAE available for the PS3? Or is it a re-release like Pinball Fantasies? If so where can i get it?

UAE is available on PS3, google "uae ps3". Requires custom firmware.

Stunt Car Racer works perfectly on WinUAE 2.3.2.

Interesting. I am using an older version so i will try the latest and see what happens. I can get the game to load mind you it's just the graphics are not right. I get a black track and black computer car. I will see if i can get a screenshot.

BTW if you didn't know there is a special "060" version of Stunt car racer, better try that one instead of original.

Don't know of an 060 version of stunt car racer.  But searcxh for stunt car racer turbo over on EAB. One of the fairlight boys made a turbo version

Sorry that I wasn't too accurate what I meant, I didn't remember it was called Turbo-version so I just used "060".

The short answer is "Yes" all games run on WINUAE.

Long answer, No, with an if... Short answer, Yes with a but... ;)

With a full set of Kickstarts, I've not found a game that can't be made to work. I've had a few old Demo's fail though...

Is the custom firmware easy to downgrade to? I have the original 2006 release of the PS3 hardware. The good one.

Downgrading is impossible I'm afraid, your PS3 must have FW3.55 or older. Many moons back I decided to have one PS3 for experimental use using CFW and another one which is up to date, was a good decision. I have spents COUNTLESS hours watching demos or playing Nuclear Wars and Rockstar ate my hamster on my sofa :)
