Title: "Requires asl.library V44"

All of a sudden I'm greeted with a requester "Requires asl.library V44" as soon as I want to run Prefs applications like Time etc.
Machine is an A4000 with KS3.1 and OS3.9. Replaced the asl.library but no difference.

Needed a restart after copying asl.library from original OS3.9 CD.
