I'm using a standard PC ide cdrom drive connected to my a1200's internal ide connector. All works fine except for cd audio.
The cdrom drive has the plug at the back where on a pc one would normally connected a cable from the cdrom drive to the soundcard or motherboard.
Is there anywhere in the a1200 where i connect this cable? Or is there any other easy way to get the cdrom drives audio to work?
It kind of sucks playing cd32 games with no music

Sadly there isn't an internal connector to connect an CD audio cable (like in A4000).
You can make lotsa easy mods though.
Just wiring a single mini jack or dual RCA to a place in case when you can use with a mixer to have both sound outputs :)
Also you can wire the CD audio to the internal RCA connectors after putting some resistors (cause I think it's louder than the native Paula sound).
Ian made some nice Mixer over his website here: http://www.ianstedman.co.uk/Amiga/designs/audio_mixer/audio_mixer.html
