:bump:
We have the VGA adapter for our Toaster, but
the monitor was damaged in our move.
Any ideas on alternative monitors?

VGA monitors should be a dime a dozen.
i would imagine you could find another pretty easy?

Toaster requires a 15KHz-capable monitor.

I'm guessing you had something like a Commodore 1942, 1960, or Electrohome 1440? Those are tough to replace. I suggest forgetting the VGA angle and just finding a regular Commodore 1084. They can still be found relatively easily for not too much money.
There are some modern LCD screens that work with regular 15KHz Amiga signals, but I don't know if they'll work with the complexities of Toaster video.

he does mention he has a vga adapter for the toaster..
but a 1084s would do fine.
maybe he meant the silver db23 to 15 adapter.. sorry i probably didnt catch this on the first read.

Matt is correct, the toaster requires 15KHz and the standard silver 390682-01 adapter is not the right one to use either.
To use a multi-sync, like a 1950 or a TIMM and the toaster you need a sync strainer
or the commodore 390682-03 silver adapter!
Or Joe's (software hut) ToasterSCAN
