My last mailbox clean-up sorted a 2K plus mails, most of them spam. Is there an efficient and updated spam filter for the Amiga mailers?
P.S. Is the "KillDuplicates" arexx script (YAM) reliable?

I guess you turned YAM's spam filter on already ?!

You guessed wrong! It`s been a long time since I`ve used YAM (I used it regularly on 68K), then I switched to SimpleMail (a Yahoo POP account). Meanwhile the old mbox was filling up with SPAM. I tried to flush now and then (I had lost my Password , so the account was bounded with YAM).
The frustrating thing is that most of the mail is SPAM , last check a couple of days ago, and I got over 2000 mails (I know, it was a long time ago since I last checked!).
Now I got the latest PPC YAM version (still beta), but I see nice features! I`ll have to test it anyhow.
What about the KillDuplicates? It failed to DL the whole stuff in once, so I got hundreds of duplicates. Is it safe to use it on such a huge number of mails? Should I be careful regarding something (like clicking in or out of the window while scanning? It scans and then selects the assumed duplicates)?

I use SpamFryer available on Aminet.
Gets rid of a lot of spam usinfg the default settings but it can also be configured to add extra filters.

It selects the duplicates and asks the user if they wanna keep it or delete it.
