Title: Does Amiga Inc. exclusively own anything at this point?
Post by: orb85750 on December 23, 2011, 05:36:07 PM
They don't have exclusive rights to the Amiga name, unless you don't consider Amiga OS and Amiga One the Amiga name.  Do they own OS 3.1, or is that Hyperion too?  Patents have expired -- or soon will -- if any are even still relevant.
