Hi All,
I recently bought some Amiga 2000 stuff on ebay that was delivered today. There was an IDE controler board in with this stuff. I am not familiar with this board and therefore know nothing about it. It is maed or sold by a company named "Tandem" and there is another company name on the board claiming a 1993 copyright which is"bsc buroatomation AG" which I assume is a German company. The board is marked Tandem CD+IDE rev. 1.2 . It has a CDRom connector and an IDE/ATA Connector.
I would like to know about this board and if it requires any software. So far I have found nothing to go with it but there are some flopies in the stuff that are not marked well so there may be something there. Any help at all will be appreciated.

I had one of these controllers years ago and I used it with a Mitsumi IDE cd-rom drive (2 or 4 speed?). I do seem to remember a driver disk with it but I am foggy on the rest of the details. I don't recall using that controller with a hard drive.
I just found it at the Amiga-Hardware site under IDE controllers and the driver disk is on the L8R.net site under hard drive controllers.
