Anyone have a copy of UBOOT 1.0.0 for the AmigaONe?

What for? They can't even boot OS4.

What are you talking about?
If they have 1.0.0 or 1.1.1 they can run OS4.
But I need 1.0.0 to be able to flash to 1.1.1
