did anyone catch a bit about the court deadline that AI had in the Gensi/Amiga, Inc. fiasco?? Nothing, from both sides....it's got me curious. Deadline was almost a month ago, right???

So, is Amiga dead in the water, or what?? :-(

As far as i know, It has been delayed untill 16 Januaru 2004.

There was a blurb about it a couple of weeks ago. Amiga's countersuit
was dismissed. The judge did not rule on the rest. Could go either way
it seems - depends on the interpretation of the contract. I think if I
were Amiga I would have avoided words like "Anywhere" and
"Everywhere". :)
