Doing a little tweaking and peaking on my spare A500 and am in the market for a flicker fixer/scandoubler.
I know about Amigakit's Indivision unit, but am wondering is this fully compatible with the A500?

why bother?

You could say that about this whole hobby.

@Tension
No wonder you're banned :)

The Indivision ECS works PERFECT with the A500. I have it on mine.
Biggest issue is where to put the VGA plug. I extended the cable a few inches and placed it on the far right.
Works nice with VGA CRT/LCD. The ability to play and use PAL games with a properly centered screen that does not run at 50hz is GREAT.
Highly recommended.

@omnicron10:
That's the sort of information I was looking for! Thanks!!!
@Tension:
See omnicron10's comment. So I can run a modern LCD and not have to worry about my 1084 dying on me!

YES! And the display does not need to support 50hz refresh for PAL...
There is also a software tool that allows you to enable CRT look on a LCD to make the old games look a lot like they did on the 1084. They are almost too clear sometimes.

Indivision ECS on the way.
Thanks Amigakit!
