I was wondering if anyone could tell me if these would work in Blizzard 12x0/PPC accelerators? I am worried about electronic compatibility. I am aware of space restrictions/issues.
They are 72-pin EDO memory modules, however also ECC. Here's the best description I could find:
HP 128MB 50ns ECC EDO DIMM Memory-Module für HP B Class Workstations(2x A3830-60001 = A4517A 256MB ECC EDO DIMM Memory-Module-Kit C200)

Not sure if the ECC matters, but those are far too large for a Blizzard.
-
wont fit in all + it wont work in 60ns..
talk to haymigga is u need 128mb simms and he is selling em em cheap even...
cheers

I got these 2 for $20USD. ;-) Can't go any cheaper than that.
We'll see if they work when I receive them. Perfect for a tower enclosure.

No, I've tried these excact simms and neither my 1260 or 1230 would power off.
-
power ON you mean haymigga???
-
hehhehehee.....
No! I Kept hitting the power button, but it just didn't go off! It was madness, so I had to take out them while the machine was running...

@haymiggan:
Crap, I was hoping they'd work. :-( Ah well...

Wow... the power plug wouldn't come out from the wall either??? :-o

Sounds like a diesel car on petrol to me... unplug it would do no good... only thing to stop it is a meltdown or a good solid wall. :-D
For real now, if the power won't got ON then it could be simple problem with too little power... could try a fatter PSU, perhaps hook the motherboard up with some more juice inputs aswell as power the turboboard with cables from power in?
