how do you pronounce CD32?
is it Cee Dee Thirty Two
or Cee Dee Three Two?
i've heard both said :-)
-
Pronounce it Beta-Playstation... :-D
-
I never knew anyone called it Cee Dee Three Two. Ive always called it Cee Dee Thirty Two. :-)
-
Seedy dirty two.
Or 'the first 32bit console ever that flopped' unfortunately.
Skippy

Well... I wouldn´t say that it "flopped"... Apparently it sold really good, but Commodore didn´t have the money to produce enough of them... Sure, many software developers just transferred their disk-based games to cd, without any improvement, but a bunch of them did "real" cd-games...

naah... I call it ceedee-tweeëndertig

i dont think the cd32 flopped at all, its just that while its user base was still growing commodore went bankrupt, and rumours of this new super console with built in FMV called the playstation didnt help this either
but a flop it wasnt, selling 70,000 units over christmas 93 alone :-D

Not bad.
