Title: ikir's last 3.9

My last 3.9 before OS4 :D

It runs on a 1200+06050Mhz+64MbRam+Mediator (with SB128,TVCard, Voodoo3, Ethernet card for fast DSL connection).

It is based on cYbo (Lorraine Design) "New Yam" package :D

Note that Quake runs in windows OpenGl+Litfiles texture and glows (i added gl_glows in the cfg, it is impressive!!)
