Title: Source for AT cases?
Post by: Heiroglyph on June 17, 2011, 07:58:17 PM
I've got two A4000T's and one case is pretty rough and missing one side panel.

Does anyone know where to find decent AT cases anymore?

I'm just not finding anything suitable for this big old motherboard.

It's not 100% AT form factor, I'll have to cut a little bit, but they are far closer than ATX cases.

Thanks

I'd say go for an EATX (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ATX) capabel chassi... it should be big enough. I use an Cooler Master Stacker for one of my A4000.

The problem there is that the back panel would be all wrong.

If I get another AT, I'm pretty sure it will drop in except for the serial/parallel/joy I/O board.

Garage sales/bin for getting an old PC (Pentium and below).
Better way to get it for a decent price.
Dig it!  :)

I know some ATX cases were designed to hand AT.
