Yeah, no news since that story was written, though.

Someone here posted about porting UAE to iOS themselves; there's a Youtube video of the port running Frontier. I have more confidence in that being released, but it'll probably be through the jailbreak store.

Another good example why touchscreens suck for controlling classic games (and most modern games too).
