Title: Anyone in the States considering selling their Deneb?
Post by: save2600 on June 10, 2011, 02:05:54 AM
...I'm thinking about adding another one to yet another system, but am trying to do it as inexpensively as I can  :)

Oh and anyone have a Picasso 4 and a Cybervision 3 they'd like to give away?  I'll give them a good home :D

You're going to steal one?!

USB for an Amiga is like crack cocaine.  Once you've tried it you can't live without it.  :D

You know, I've got a thylacine on my a3000.  Whenever I start up the usb stack, the whole thing drags...and it can't even read my thumbstick.  I haven't had patience to figure it out fully, it's been such a let-down.

I had to look it up.  It seems rather limited compared to the Deneb/Subway.

Not looking for a freebie here... but I have seen them (deneb) crop up once in a while used. $100 or thereabouts...

Huh? Amigakit has 'em for about $170. Have there been people paying that on ePay or something?

At least on my end, the Deneb caused some major hair pulling as well. I still have quite a bit to figure out when I have time to tinker again. Overall it's awesome, like Save I'll probably end up with another. Bummed to hear about the thylacine, I'd heard it was a decent board - was actually contemplating tracking one down for my 2000.
