On my Amiga 600 rca output not work, what I should do to solve this?
-
Are you talking about the sound output? Are neither working at all, or is the sound distorted?

It's video output

The Composite RCA output on my A600 is busted too :(
Fortunately I have one of these, which are quite inexpensive and provide both a clearer Composite output and a super-crisp S-Video output - http://amigamaniac.com/RGB_to_PAL_NTSC_adapter.html
It just plugs into the RGB port and works, even with LCD TVs.

Hmmm... Well, are you sure that no part of the CF card adaptor comes into contact with any other circuitry in that area? The video circuits are right beside the IDE port. Is the metal shield still in place? Could it have bent in any way during installation?
Does the output work again when you remove the CF adaptor? Does the normal RGB output work (are you able to test it?)?
Edit: That adaptor Cammy listed has been getting excellent reviews - if your TV has S-Video on it, that could be an excellent upgrade!

How long have you waited after switching the Amiga on with this CF adapter installed? The Amiga may take 30 seconds or more to detect the IDE drive, in which time it will output nothing but a blank screen and appear to hang for a while. This won't happen once the CF card is formatted, but it happens whenever an unformatted IDE device is attached. If there is disk activity, but still a blank screen, then this probably isn't the problem and it could be more serious.
