Title: Amiga Workbench simulator in your browser
Post by: adrian82 on May 25, 2011, 10:36:18 PM
Hi,

I was just browsing reddit and followed a link to a nice Javascript demo running inside Google Chrome. This demo site also included a link to Google's "Chrome experiments" website, which has collected some neat stuff demonstrating the capabilities of modern browsers.

And one of the demos is actually an Amiga Workbench (version 44.5):

Found it worth sharing here :).

Anyone running the Plainview mac web browser can pretend they are running workbench with this.

I was in contact with the author earlier this year about developing this further... An OS with a web browser as a front end... Sure why not ;)
