I just put my DCE Scandoubler on Amibay... as I blew my (second/backup) A4000 when installing my DENEB I have no use for it unfortunately...

How did you go about blowing your A4000 up when installing the Deneb? Sorry to hear that, btw.

Must have had the component side down on the daughtercard or is it component side up on a 4000? :laughing: :(
As a general rule of thumb in electronics: anytime dust can settle and cake itself on, you know a given board will be situated and accommodating that way ;-)

Let's say I was not in a very good mood afterwards.
I put my DENEB into the machine and when I wanted to mount the USB backplate for the external connection accidentally dropped the little screw on the motherboard, somewhere near the mouse ports. This has happened to me before but never with an effect like this. I have cleaned motherboards in my sink and they work fine afterwards. But this, $%(@#(#@(#$@
I'm on the lookout for a replacement motherboard but they are harder to come by these days, or extremely expensive...
