Quick question, whats the cheapest and easiest way to get a USB mouse connected to my A1200.

Well you could get a Ps/2 convertor

COCOLINO PS/2 MOUSE ADAPTER

then I think you should be able to use a Ps/2 to USB convertor and it shoudl work, I think.

Cheapest way is to get a Cocolino (http://amigakit.leamancomputing.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=49&products_id=88) or a Micromys (http://amigakit.leamancomputing.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=49&products_id=877) DB9 to PS2 interface and then use PS2 to USB converter (only for mouse that support that though).
