Title: Name of this demo?
Post by: x56h34 on December 22, 2003, 07:37:22 PM
I'm looking for the name of an Amiga demo which was made somewhere around 1992-1994 and it featured a techno-ish music with a Bugs Bunny sample (What's up doc?). I can't remember how it looked at the beginning, but near the end you would see a rollercoaster 3D pipe effect. Not too much info provided, I guess, but still, does anyone remember its name? :-)

Switchback by Rebels (http://ada.planet-d.net/showdemo.php?demoid=154)
Probably this is not the one you're looking for (no bugs bunny -sample, although the music (http://www.aminet.net/mods/sets/SwitchbackMods.lha) kicks some behind). It has the ultimate rollercoaster anim part with cool Prodigy module, however.

Nope, that's not the one. I will however download it as it seems cool. ;-)

Well I've checked out that demo and it defo has a rollercoaster ride at the end. I remember a cool demo by Sanity called Art or Art´e. It has pretty decent jazz/funk sound-track for and cool gfx for a none AGA demo. At some point you are transported thru colourful hoola-hoop-like rings.

It's Arte (from the TV-channel name). See Sanity Arte (http://ada.planet-d.net/showdemo.php?demoid=94) (video (http://omr.planet-d.net/amidemos/arte.zip)).

Excellent demo, one of the true classics.

Hey, how about this one... I remember a RamJam
demo that had music about "Little Pinochio, wanted to die...with a wooden Pr***"  What is the name of that one?
