How the feck is this news ???????
-
Why is this news?
And yeah, the original Mac was quite a limited platform, I'm almost surprised it supported an alternate screen so that you could have smooth animations.
-
Not even a brief indication of "Amiga"...
I hate this stuff, pretty much "Orwell's 1984" style: don't speak or mention them, so they are erased from history! :(

WTF !!!
This thread is more absurd than anything even I could come up with...
Hmmm... beginning to like it though... I think...

Look at that Amiga BOING ball in all of it's craptastic B&W Macintosh glory. Ah, those were the days - listening to the Macheads at college tell me how wonderful their B&W computers were and who needed color anyway. I mean publishing didn't require it and graphics well who needed it to word process. Ah, those were the day....
Now ask the author how smooth did the ball run when he tried to run 5 or 6 other applications at the same time?
-
And nobody needed multitasking, either, apparently - who would want to have a word processor open at the same time as a spreadsheet, they used to ask ... lol

Oops. Sorry folks. It was meant to just be a topic, not news ... I wondered where it went.
Must've clicked the wrong button.
