Title: Is this monitor good for my A2000?

Hi

     I would like to know if I could use a Nec Multisync XV15 with my A2000? My 1084 is almost dead and I can get the NEC for $8

You're not going to be able to use any modern or semi-modern monitor on an Amiga like yours unless it's equipped with an Indivision ECS or a flicker-fixer/scan-doubler of some kind. For the money, I recommend the Indivision as it's brand new, has a couple of bonus features built it (such as Graffiti emulation, HighGFX support and more) and is totally compatible with LCD's and CRT's. A lot of your other FF/SD's are not. Check out Amigakit.com if you think you'd like to see what the Indivision ECS is all about. The designer has even more specs and features listed:
