Title: Commodore 2002 Monitor. Specs?
Post by: Claw22000 on April 20, 2011, 07:41:54 PM
I know very little about Commodore Monitors.  I bought this recently to add to my awesome Amigoodies.  Its a Commodore 2002 Monitor which I was told was one of the best ones you could get at the time.  He said the only drawback was its was Mono.  I don't mind that since I have a Surround system hooked up to my A1200.  So I got it.  Now I want to know if I can run WB 3.1 in higher resolutions.

What can I do with this baby?

Is there any place that lists options and resolutions of the different Amiga Compatible Monitors?

Thanks.

Pretty much the same spec as the 1080, 1084(s) and other 15khz RGB monitors. That is to say it's not designed to handle Super hi-res modes without flickering.

Specs for 1080's and 1084's are on the BBOAH...

Spot on.

Highest you can run without getting mad flickering is going to be either NTSC or PAL High Res just like the 1080 and 1084. I owned one back in the early 90's and its all but identical to the 1080 and 1084.

Cool Thanks so the default WB 3.1 Resolution is the best it will run?
