After years of loyal service to the site, our very own AOL murderer has stepped down as moderator.

I'm sure you'll join me in expressing your thanks and wishing him well on his return to civvy street.

To Red: Probably the last man I'd agree with regarding gun control, but the first I'd want at my back in a Mexican standoff!

Thanks for your work Redrumloa, I have always thought of your presence as an overwhelmingly positive force on this site - here's hoping that your newfound freedom from moderation will translate into more time for your as ever insightful and witty posts.

For what it's worth, poor old Red's been trying to step down for years and I had WAAAAY too much common sense to let him do so.. :)
