Exclusive news...
After nearly 2 months of long negotiations with Amiga Inc. & CommodoreScotland.com, I can proudly announce that Amiga OS 3.5 (TM) & Amiga OS 3.9 (TM) is now under an exclusive licence, free to download in CD ISO Image Format with the OS manuals in PDF format from CommodoreScotland.com...
OS3.5 is completely free and 100% usable on any Amiga equipped to meet it's system requirements...
OS3.9 while it is free to download is slightly restricted in it's operation and requires a registration form to be filled out online and sent with a small fee of UK £7.50 or USD $15 (many different pay options available) the small fee is briefly because OS3.9 is still available commercially to purchase (for those who wish to do so) while the online download version requires that you burn you're own CD and create your own emergency boot floppy disk...
For full details of system requirements and how to download please visit the link below...

It is. Amiga giving something away for free just ain't plausible.

I hope you haven't paid the con artists at Amiga Inc anything yet. You should send them their payment in monopoly money with free t-shirt that sais "Retribution" and a voucher that sais, "You stole from your customers, your business partners and your employees. I hereby vouch that you still owe us!" And that ain't no April fools :).

...also ROM3.9 are free to download (EPROM by the phone line!) :flame:  :uzi: :destroy:

Sorry actung_bab... but the deal fell through in the end, Amiga Inc. couldn't afford to pay me enough money to take them off their hands and but I hear they're hoping to give away free cd's with every court case they take folks too... :D
@ all (especially Argo for letting this one through...)
Hope you enjoyed this wee joke, pity April 1st only happens once a year (or everyday if your on the CUSA site) need to start planning next years one now... :)

Nah... that was Kesa's fault he started a thread on the main forums before this one which Argo was keeping by till midnight and so the cat was out of the bag and by the time Kesa's thread was deleted it was already public knowledge...
From the Google analytics most folk that visited the site clicked on the links anyway, especially the wee Polish guy who kept emailing me to tell me he couldn't get the downloads to work...
