Title: Need manual for DKB Kwikstart II

I have a Kwikstart II in my A1000.  The system is not working with the CPU board connected to the daughter board.  I need to ensure that I have the correct pins connected to the daughter board but cannot find a manual  Does anyone happen to have a manual for the Kwikstart II?
