That's how many in total from the following Commodore/Escom models...
A1000
A500
A500+
A2000
A1500
A2500
A3000
A3000T
A600
A4000
A4000T
A1200
CDTV
CD32
Working complete machines (missing/shared keyboard OK) I feel like my 3 working Amigas are not enough (1000,600,1200)
-
None. Waiting on FPGAArcade and Natami.
-
See below! :biglaugh:
1x A2000 with sound problems (caps?)
-
Voted 11+ (but this includes my 64's and 128's)
Here's my list: http://steve.odyfamily.com/?page_id=22
-
More than 11 but only not all of them are in good working order for now, and i have mainly used 4 or 5 on the last two years.
Anyway my star model is the A1200 on my desk.
-
I really am unsure. Around 4 i think!
I really need to get some time to take care of my collection and see what works still.
I certianly have 2 a1200's which me and a friend bought at the same time in oct 1994 after getting student loans! Though they both lost the upper rf sheild a long time ago to easier accomodate a decent sized hard drive (whoa the cost of 2.5 inch drives back then!), one has an 040 but i would need a fan/heatsync if I ever were to run it as that has dissaperared.
I also believe I have 2 a500's of some kind, one certainly is a plus.
I certainly would like more but they really sell for more than they are worth to any sane person these days!
-
I have a 500 at my folks' house that my dad uses to play Lemmings, and my 2000 setup. I also have a 3000 en route, but that's going to replace the 2000. So I'll say two.
-
I have an A1200 that works and an A500 that doesn't work that I keep around for Kickstart ownership purposes. Total of 2 classics.
-
Three - according to your rule - five according to my rules. :-)
-
Three - according to your rule - five according to my rules. :-)
Haha, yeah - I consider the MorphOS setup my modern Amiga.
If you count busted mobo's too, then I have a total of 8 Amiga (one Amiga-esque) machines :)
-
There is no option for 0. All of my classic Amigas went to eBay years ago.
-
Only two at the moment. With any luck that may change this coming weekend...
-
I put 11+ as I own 12 'Amiga's'.
A500 [My Original]

A CD32
Wanted - A1000, A2000, A3000, CDTV
-
Just one humble early model A500 with KS1.2 and 512kb ram, waiting for a Retr0Bright treatment.
-
Just one A500 squeezed on to the keyboard draw of my desk. I don't know where you all find the space!!
-
My trusty 1200. At some point, I imagine I'll have either a second 1200 or a 4000
-
See signature :roflmao:
-
Three, A standard A1200, a A1200 in a Power Tower with 040-32mb, hd, cd etc and a CD32.
Four if I'm allowed my AmigaMCC HTPC mod with Amiga Forever on it :) But I guess Not.
I would like to own a CDTV and maybe an A1000 but no room and it would be more to just have and look at rather than use, so I've resisted the urge to get one so far.
Would very much like to own the Walker if it ever goes on sale I will be putting a bid in. but would that be classed?
Hope to get a Sam or AmigaONE sometime this year but I suppose to some thats not class as an Amiga so I will leave that debate for another time.
-
2x A600 (One fully ACA'd Indi ECS's)

Ditto Man, I've got an A500 in a box under my bed! I'll say one (just the A500), but hey, at least this way it gets regular use.
-
11 + See below but as of friday i will have another A4000 and i have a A500 and A1200 not working that i don't include in my sig.
Plus soon FPGA Arcade and Natami.
-
A couple of years ago I had almost every Amiga (never had an a4000T) but I sold most.
Now I just have 1x a1000, 2x a2000 and 2x a1200. The a2000 I have since 1990 and it's the Amiga I spent the most money on, it was my second Amiga. I started with an a500 in 1987.

Well then you skewed the results. I have 7 vic20s, 23 C64s, 3 C128s but wanted to see how many AMIGAs people own on this forum on average :furious:

Postage to UK for a big box Amiga would cost too much sadly :(

Three, A standard A1200, a A1200 in a Power Tower with 040-32mb, hd, cd etc and a CD32.
Ooops I found my 'spare' CD32 and it boots up so I have 4 now :)

Wow! What would you be doing with 23 C64's? I was not into computers during the C64's dominance and my first computer was the A1000, so I have no personal experience, or nostalgic memories of the C64, like so many other Amiga users have, but even if I did, I think 23 is a bit much for any computer model, even if it is the most popular computer ever built. :)
I also think the C64 is one of the ugliest computer cases ever built, which makes me more confused that anyone would want to spend tens of thousands of dollars duplicating such an ugly case design.
-

If you count busted mobo's too, then I have a total of 8 Amiga (one Amiga-esque) machines :)
I have two complete but dead A2000s, A500 1mb chip dead, but excluded all 3 as I will replace/fix them one day.

School yard wars re:C64 lust....Sprites+SID=WIN :)
Mk2 C64C looks nice, like C= LCD bottom half.
Had more but sold them in 2010....was going to open a retro shop as in high street store a while back hence I stocked up. One of th VICs has PET keyboard and sub 300 serial no.
edit VCS/COLECO/VIC20 were my first machines and free games were in listings not cover mounted tapes....flexi disc records if lucky!
-
What about an option for "0"?
I sold my last Amiga (an A500) last week... :-)
-
One Classic Amiga and one newer generation system.
-
None. Waiting on FPGAArcade and Natami.
Tempted to re-invest in legacy hardware, but I'm currently in the same camp as Hattig.
Why wasn't a zero option included, too afraid that might be the largest category?
-
see my sig..3 now & waiting for the 4'th:cool:
-
Working:
A2000 68040
A3000 68040
A4000 68040 (Elbox Tower)
A1200 68020 14MHz (wedge)
A1200 68020 28Mhz (Elbox Tower)
A1200 68020 14Mhz (Elbox Tower)
CD32
Also:
Minimig v1.1 with ARM
C-ONE with Minimig Extender Card (Currently dead as a dodo)
FPGA Arcade on order...
-
I have three classic Amigas that I applied to my vote, my A1000, A1200, and A3000.
In addition, I have an A2000 here that is not mine but the owner seems to have abandoned it. It's actually the fastest classic Amiga in the house because it has an '040 accelerator in it. And I have a Sam. And I have my old dedicated Amithlon box. :-)
-
An A1200 (68060/50, 64 MB), A2000 (68040/40, 128 MB) and A3000 (68040/33, 16 MB) which are all fully operational and an A2000 as a spare (also functional).
I use the A1200 mostly, but when I get a decent VGA-switch (soon), I expect this will shift to my A2000.
-
The actual number I own is always in a state of flux. It got as high as eleven at one point, but now it's down to these:
My "main three": A4000/micronik tower; A3000; A1200
A boxed A500 at the door that's just about to be couriered to a new home
A disassembled A4000 (belongs to a friend) -- it needs some capacitor love.
A rather mangled A500plus with an equally shafted GVP A530! I'm hoping that some love and care will turn this mess back into an awesome Amiga rig.
-
My option is 11 or more..
I have all Amiga Released models..:afro:
And some are repeated, as 5 A1200s, 3 A500s, 2 A1000s, 2 A4000s. 3 A2000s
All in full working order.
Monitors, accessories, acelerators, expansions, special cards (Like V Toaster)and others its another count. :rtfm: :roflmao:
Yeah.. i like Amiga World .. :afro:
-
Hey I'm nearly at zero too!! Damned battery thing ruined my A2000 years ago (before I ever read it was an actual issue/urgent removal operation required)
So I have just one, my trusty little A1000 humming away with it's uber cute little audio bleet as it gets ready to show the Kickstart screen :)
-
A500, A500+ , A1200, 2XCD32's at the mo. I'de love a SAM but I'm too poor.... :'(
-

Well if you need any c64's let me know. I will not admit to the amount I own. I started my commodore experience on the Vic for home use. We did have thousands of Pets at work however before the Pc's took over.
