As many of the regulars here are probably aware, more than anything I enjoy the creative aspect of the classic amigas. I also usually get a kick out of seeing what other like minded people come up with so was wondering what original classic software people have enjoyed from the last few years? Just to re-iterate ('cos I know I'll get irrelevant suggestions otherwise) Im interested in *original classic software*. Doesnt have to be commercial, or particularly professional, nor do I care what it's made with. Can be anything from seuck, backbone to amos, to asm, I realy dont care, I just want to see what people have done in recent times :)
Thanks :)

Shameless plug, but I use my own AmiTunes Jukebox (http://www.robthenerd.com/show.php?sect=projects&sub=amitunes&page=about) regularly. Runs reasonably well on an 020/28 and a MAS player. It's coded on OS4 though so only have screenshots under OS4... (http://www.robthenerd.com/show.php?sect=projects&sub=amitunes&page=screenshots#jukebox)

There was Tracker Hero recently, though I havent played it a ton.

Bet you thought I was going to come up with a daft answer here... ;)
Surprise... my most recent (completed) project was ADVDutils, a small set of Cli/Shell utils for burning/copying DVDs on a plain old A1200... :)
ADVDutils (http://aminet.net/package/disk/misc/ADVDutils)
(still haven't got round yet to adding a GUI for all those who keep asking... Sorry... :))

He wants to know the latest original 68k software, he didn't specify that he wanted to know what stuff people had personally written.

Ahh gotcha... bit disappointed though I thought for a minute there you'd brushed up on your old 68K Assembler skills and had written that little lot yourself... :)

Nah, not yet mate. Still rebuilding the A3000 when time permits and the 1200 wedge is never out of it's box. :/

Total Chaos has been released for the Amiga since 1986.
Before that on C64 and back in the 1970s it was a real board game.
Where have you been all these years?
Did you just step out of a time machine?
how have I managed to miss "total chaos".
Because there are people who actively suppress all knowledge of the game's existence in order to keep you from playing it.
shame on me!
hehehe, you best download it and start practicing immediately as you are now years behind all the other wizards. You need to get in shape fast as we may possibly hold a tournament soon.
Good luck! And don't forget to cast a Reflector! :)

Imagine how many more cool games we could make if we had a forum like that Total Chaos one, but dedicated to Amiga projects and game development.
I remember the six or so months we had a forum for Underground Arcade, we got more done in those few months than we have in the years since it was lost.

Teamwork is a powerfull, versatile and time efficient tool.

Yeah, that would be pretty great. Whatever happened to that one you were working on?
-
Nothing, we gave up.
-
Ah, too bad...

@ChaosLord
I haven't played Total Chaos, but I watched the video. What's up with the Dragon Wars image?
