Title: Best source of Amiga files for Amikit
Post by: AndyFC on February 26, 2011, 09:17:35 PM
I want to do a new install of Amikit and am just wondering if there is a best (legal) option to choose when it requests the source of Amiga files e.g. OS 3.9 CD, etc?

I have an install disc for Amiga OSXL and one for OS 3.9. I did an install on an older computer a couple of years ago and the Amikit emulation ran the CPU at 100%, that was using the OSXL as source files but don't know if that was the reason.

I would recommend AmigaOS XL. The CD contains OS3.9 system with incorporated Boing Bag 1 update.

No, it has nothing to do with that.

Great, thanks for the tip. I wasn't expecting to have an answer from Amikit's creator. :-)
