I have euae running on xbuntu, but I think I have to work on the config file because when I'm in full screen mode and run whdload games, I get a degenerated looking screen, seems like it hands but If I switch to windowed mode the games are runnning.
Does anyone know how to fix that and where the config file is located in euae in an ubuntu system?

I use Debian but since Ubuntu is derived from Debian it should basicly be the same although very bloated and less stable ;) You can find E-UAE's rc file in your home directory named '.e-uaerc'. I don't use that file but start e-uae with a script like this: 'e-uae -f /media/zen/Emulation/UAE/config/a1200.uaerc' so I could use different config files for my different Amiga setups.
Here's my a1200 e-uaerc file which I use to emulate my real a1200 and test stuff before installing it on my real Amiga setups, WHDLoad games and pretty much everything else works fine with this config:

Some of us like to have hardware work. For the rest, Debian will do fine ;)
Just kidding, its all good.
What the man says is pretty much spot on, though .uaerc could be the file name too. I've used both the regular uae and e-uae and they seem to use the same config file.
If you are new to 'nix, hit ctrl+h in your home folder, and it'll show up.

My usual linux is slackware based vectorlinux. I have this working on that box. This computer happened to come with ubuntu already on it. I figured I would save myself the trouble since this machine will be intended as a stand alone emulation, as the previous poster said hardware all works on this pc with ubuntu.
I copied the config file you gave and same problem. I wish I could screengrab what I get. When whdload loads the game, I get a garbled screen. Switch back to windowed mode and the game is fine.
I'm going to try copying my system and work dirs from my other pc where its working...
Maybe a file got screwed up somehow when I copied before.
