Title: Multivision 2000 on A1200 Micronik busboard.
Post by: flaviosr on January 20, 2011, 01:40:31 PM
Hi to all again (in these days I am at home so I am following some hobbies),

I have an A1200 with Micronik busboard and I have found a video slot enabler.
I have mounted the connectors on the 3 (4?) chips and connected to a Multivision 2000...
Well... ti works but... the base colour is YELLOW!!!!
I know that the Multivision is only for OCS but I supposed that for the boot screen and OCS screens it would work!
Or the boot screen on A1200 is not OCS... :-o
Some suggestions?

Sounds like it could be a connection issue.

It "could" be (and the things would make me happy!
Today I saw toying with my other A1200 and I found the same problem (without any HW change)... in this Amiga I have a SD/FF clipped on the mobo chips and, better pushing one of these connector, the problem is solved...
I will look better on the same connector on the other Amiga... but now the mobo is in repairing...

Really hard days for my Amiga hobby!
