In my case, that would be "Where do you place your Amiga ads when you are in need of money?" :)
Edit: Amigabay -> Amibay...
-
EBay to get the best price when selling.
-
I start with Amibay if someone want to swap what I have for what I need, I then move on here and as a last resort I go on EBay.
-
When I have vintage computer stuff to clear out, I put it up on AmiBay and/or the Vintage Computer Forum for a modest price - if nobody there wants it, it goes on eBay. I like to keep things in the community so there's less chance of it going to someone who's just going to try and flip it for 5x the price >=|

Missing Option: [ ] I'd never sell one of my babies! I keep everything.
-
Same here, probably 15 years ago I sold something last time.
-
Amibay, EAB, here, then if no joy ebay...

The only option that i think is really missing and i would like to add now but can't, is: [ ] Screw you, AmigaMancer!
Anyhow, i thank all of the 10 members who voted. I didn't because i have never sold an Amiga item until now.

Ive only ever sold 2 Amigas. Both 2000s. One on ebay in 2009 and the other in a rag called the trading post (tell him he's dreaming) in about 1996.
-
I'd like to sell something someday. I think I might have a problem. :)
I think I stopped selling things once I sold a bodega bay years ago and then bought another one shortly after that.
If I were to sell I most likely would post it here first and then move on to ebay.
-
If I am going to list something it goes on EBay. There are times when someone on here is looking for something and I answer the request. I never buy or sell on Amibay. It's nobody's business except the owners (buyers) what they do with an item. Keep it, flip it, whatever, it is up to them. George Orwell would love doing business on Amibay.
-
On Tradera, a swedish auction site (they are now owned by ebay though) or perhaps on SAFIR a swedish Amiga forum.
-
I like posting things here. eBay can be a hassle.

What's the problem with AmiBay?
Not a defensive question, I'm simply curious.

AmiBay has rules against buying something just to resell it, as there are a lot of people on eBay who pick up vintage computer stuff for the purpose of reselling it at a higher price. They can get a little over-zealous about avoiding it, though.

Amibay first, together with other Amiga forums; if no luck, eBbbay. :)
