wow, are you still searching?
 
Have you googled 'gerhard tünkler', since that might be the right spelling. He is into webdesign so this could well be your guy. There is an email address you can find which is ending with .at which is Austria which is the country he lived in when he was last 'active' in the Amiga scene.

Oh excuse me... I was wrong : I emailed Gerhard Tuenkler, not André Osterhues...

Gerhard gave me an answer and sent me a D7, but was not the xpkLIN1234.library on it...
