Probably one of oldest questions, but couldn't find the answer to it... I tried half a dozen noclick utilities from AmiNet, but they seem to refuse to work on KS1.3... So please tell me what anti-clicking program should I use? These two disk drives clicking aren't fun no more! (A1000 w/A1010). And please, don't tell me to put floppy in the drive to solve this!

Thanks!
Still didn't work on A1000 drive, but silenced A1010....

You could try putting a floppy in the drive..... ;)

That's it, unfortunately the effectivity tends to depend on the drive mechanism; I've had similar behaviour on some drive, the click got softer but didn't disappear.

Rrreeeally??! Hey, thanks-a-lot! Maybe I SHOULD leave my kickstart floppy in it, after that thing booted.

Actually I too noticed, the drive got little softer clicking sound after "noclick" -program.
