Title: Are there capacitors on the a500 underside?
Post by: Super TWiT on December 19, 2010, 04:57:22 PM
Since I was having that weird audio interference (http://www.amiga.org/forums/showthread.php?t=55432&highlight=Super+TWiT) with my a500 I decided I should open it up to see if any capacitors leaked on the board as the dielectric soluction is corrosive. None that I could see leaked, but I only looked at the topside of the board, not the underside which is sealed by those metal tabs. I could only find 6 or 7 electrolytic capacitors in the a500. They all looked good, but are there any that I'm missing? Well, off to go see Tron Legacy:)
