The New Zealand Story! A truly wonderful game. I also thought the Amiga version of Wonderboy in Monsterland was great, although nobody's ever agreed with me.
-
Leander!

No love for Thalion's Lionheart?

You can also find many youtube vids for these games.

There's a 1st time for everything then :)
Really enjoyed WBIML on the amiga, although my c64 friends used to swear by thier version and mock the Amiga one. I loved (and still do) the c64, but I just couldnt see it with WBIML.

I only love the SEGA Master System version. One of my ten favorites of all time :)

Ah and I forgot to mention Magic Pockets
(and a lot more of course :S)
-
Ruff n Tumble and Flink are quite polished and brilliant.
-
Lupo Alberto The Videogame is fantastic! It's a pity that is known only in Italy!
-
Zool 2? :D
9 Lives (Am I the only one that thought this was impossible?)
Premier
-
The free game, Koi, that was pretty decent. I upgraded my OS or hardware and it stopped working, so I never finished it. I liked the music, too.
-
Zool 2? :D
D'oh!
Ah and of course:
Mr. Nutz
Assassin Special Edition
Wolfchild
-
Not really a platformer by definition, but ViroCop is also an amazing game, IMHO.
Also, I recall Magic Pockets being quite fun.
P.P. Hammer
Other members have given some terrific suggestions already.

MYTH - History in the Making

I think I'll put Myth and Lionheart on the list.
Big big fan of Assassin. Far better than Strider on the amiga :)
