A520 works with A600?
Should work fine? But, I thought the A600 has color video out and RF out built in?
Or are you trying to do something like a PAL A520 on a NTSC A600 or vice-versa?

I want to plug my A600 on TV using s-video output, to solve fleaker issue.

A520 does not have SVideo output unless you modify it.

Also, if you mean "flicker", using S-video will make no difference: S-video is just like composite but with the chroma and luma seperated. You'll get just as much flicker, but slightly clearer pixels.
If you want to remove flicker, you need a flicker fixer (For interlaced modes) or a scandoubler (for all modes) and a monitor or LCD TV. I think the Indivision ECS should work...?

With the A600, this means removing the internal floppy drive.

Won't help with Flicker but yeah it is an alternative to modifying an A520 for S-Video (http://members.iinet.net.au/~davem2/overclock/a520.html)
