Can anyone here tell me an easy way to get the required Workbench.Library up and running on my just purchased 4000T. I only have 4000D install disks... no matter what I do I am greeted with a blank workbench with no Icons!
Thanks!
Scott

The floppy images are available online. Google is your friend...

Oooh I've been searchin! Even if I do find the disk (which is proving difficult) I believe my only chance of getting it on the 4000T is through the flash disk I have installed. How do I get the 4000T to recognize the file? sorry this might be a basic question but it's been awhile!
Thanks again

Bear with me...

Possibly start with no startup-sequence and mount pc0: then copy the file to the WB disk from the PC floppy... or you could mount a CD drive and use that...
I'll try and get the file here...

Thanks so much! Sadly I'm not going to be able to use a floppy... but I can probably get my hands on one of those Flash readers for my mac... I just received the 4000T today and have been messing with it for the past 5 hours... I'm just happy I got the scandoubler to work!
Thanks again

Hi Scott,
One solution is to take the hard disk from your A4000T, connect it up to a PC and use WinUAE to install the OS from the ADF images.
It would save you a lot of hassle in the long run.

Last time I lacked the floppy disks of my 4000T I extracted workbench.library from a ROM using WinUAE, transfered it later to my A600 and created a floppy disk on it, but I think that connecting the HD to WinUAE is much more comfortable
