I'm not gonna comment on the price per se...but what gets me thinking is the listing fees involved for a BuyItNow price of that amount.

Heck, I've got a C64 in the 4500 serial number range, I wonder if I put mine up alongside that one at $3500 if I'll get lucky!

Someone should write him... explain that his computer is worthless since it doesn't have it's I/O chips socketed for use with the 'mandatory' JiffyDOS I.C.  :lol:

But yeah, $8k and not willing to turn it on. $8k, even if it works. :rolleyes:

yeah, let me know how it works out. I have two early units. I think for that price I would at least offer free shipping.
