Yes, it makes Barry's plans seem LESS plausible. How many press releases from Amiga Inc have actually lead to real products?

And why should we care? Because an "Amiga" from a licensee of Amiga Inc would be held to the same constraints as Amiga Inc itself (unless they licensed these rights to Hyperion - and we know that won't happen). Basically since Amiga Inc is not allowed to sell an OS that is "significantly similar" to Amiga OS that means new "Amigas" probably can't be shipped with an Amiga like OS.

Get ready for Linux and Windows based "Amigas".

Seems a bit amaterurish, especially when they take UTF-8 formatted text and publish it as ISO-8859-1 (http://amiga.com/about/history/index.php?t=past&p=a60012004000) (look for the British pound symbol).
