Title: finnish locale at wb3.1??

Its my copy or wb3.1 come without finnish locale? At least on 3.5 come with finnish locale.

WB 3.1 didn't include finnish locale.

Too bad... theres some unofficial finnish locale or 3.5 locale can run in 3.1 without problems?
