Ok, my sig says my A4000T has 128mb of ram. LIE! I do plan to upgrade it though :D
Its 32mb and is on the Cyberstorm MKII and not on the mobo.
What type of ram should i buy?
64Mb or 128Mb ?
One ram chip or 2 ?
After taking a look at the cyberstorm it looks like a real ba**ard to fit the ram. Any tips?
Do i risk breaking the cyberstorm ram holder?

If you're not forced to add memory on the motherboard or on the Cyberstorm why don't you try the ZorRam memory expansion (128 or 256MB)?

I had a couple of CSMKII boards and swapping RAM chips was no problem.
You'll need is 4 32MB chips to max it out at 128MB.

IIRC the part of the ram slots is not easily accessible on an A4000T

...remove the accelerator or the piece of metal case that goes over it.
It's not hard at all.

dougal;
Having upgraded/swapped/et al RAM on the CS MK3, and the mobo of my 4000T, I can agree.... it's not that difficult.....
(OK, IMHO, the mobo RAM is a PITA...)
