Seeking PSU pinouts to a 5 pin DIN connector to power up this device.
Does anyone have any information.
I've tried to make my own connector using an a500 PSU as power source and following the p10 hd tracks back to the power connector but it's not working.
Thanks,
Skippy

I've managed to locate the pinouts for this device, but does anyone have the drivers???

It should be autoconfig..
http://software.scm.tees.ac.uk/cgi-bin/showdriverforum.cgi
for the drivers, but I think that hdtoolbox/hdinsttools is enough.

I just sold one of these the drivers are here http://software.scm.tees.ac.uk/drivers/drivers/IDE_Controllers/rochard.dms (http://software.scm.tees.ac.uk/drivers/drivers/IDE_Controllers/rochard.dms) :-)

I've got the Roctec ROCHARD RH-800C with orginal PSU - if You still would like to know its pinouts just email me and I'll send You a photo :)
My problem with this hardware is that I just can't make it working using drivers which I've found on http://amiga-hardware.com :(((
Is there someone who have this controller working with his amiga ???
Can You send me working drivers and installation program for this controller ??
btw. today I've bough MacroSystem Evolution M500 and this controller works without any problems with my a500 even on the 1.3 kick :) but it unfortunatelly don't have additional RAm while my RocHARD have 8 MB :-D

PS. sorry for my english ;)

I picked up one of those in a Kansas City Thrift Shop. Never had any drivers, but everything works fine.
If you use SysInfo or something similar you'll find a device running for it. RockHard.device, I think.
I almost declared it dead until I realized the thing was old enough to have a three way game switch. On my model center position lets everything run. Another diasbled the Fast Ram. The third position cut out both the ram and the hard drive.
Once I found the right position everything worked great.
I usually run that A500 with one of those Supra 25mhz 68000 accelerators between the CPU and the RockHard. No issues there. In fact I have two Intergraph branded oversized 4mb 30 pin simms happily pretending to be 1mb sims.
A500 with I MB Chip Ram from Fort Leavenworth Thrift Shop $25.00; Supera accelerator from eBay about $20.00; RockHard with good size hard drive and 8mb Fast Ram $16.00. Having a computer that does exactly what you expect it to: PRICELESS!

But I guess that You had in Your Rochard a HDD with installed and working system so that is why You don't need drivers. I bought it without installed system so I must have drivers becouse without them HDToolbox don't see any HD controller :(((
The drivers which I downloaded from amiga-hardware.com recognize my controller, show the model of hdd but there is always bug while trying to format HDD :(. It displays that "there is not anought memory" which is stupid becouse at the same time workbench shows at bar about 8,5 MB of free RAM :-(
And this is always no matter if the drive is IDE or SCSI :-x
PS. sorry for my english one more time :-D
