Title: Amiga 600 Kickstart 1.3 with hard drive support?

I've read discussions before about adding hard drive support to the standard Kickstart 1.3 to allow booting from a hard drive on an Amiga 600.

Does anyone know if this has actually been done, details of who to contact and so on?
