This has happened on more than one Amiga.
I install Netsurf 68K and when i run it the graphics and colours are all messed up to a point where it is totally unusable.

It's ok on my system, Picasso 96, Mediator with Voodoo or Radeon, 16-bit workbench.
What's your gfx card and software? screen depth?

I think you have to be in 16bit mode, I have read that these problems occur in 24/32bit modes.

I have never been able to get Netsurf to anything other than crash my miggy into a reboot, every time & every version. I have even raised a bug on the bugtrack and they are asking for other people's experience.
See here:

Feel free to help make it usable ;)

You, Sir, are da man!
That was exactly it! Soon as I dropped down from 24bit to 16bit, I was able to run Netsurf for the 1st time.
Thanks muchly

Thanks for the tip Cammy. BTW, i also have 16-bit workbench.
Did you use the installer to install Netsurf? It has some pretty specific requirements, so you have to copy all the libs and stuff in the right places. Also you can edit the options in the resources directory (I think ). Some stuff in there you can suggest.
But the very latest version is pretty stable on my 060/A4000/Mediator/OS 3.9 BB3 with Radeon 16-bit workbench.

You're very welcome, I'm glad you guys can get a chance to try Netsurf now, but please don't call me a man!
