Do you remember what class of demo it was? OCS, ECS, AGA etc? Anything that might help narrow things down?

Yeah, there's a crow right at the end of Starstruck (as well as a flock of them towards the end), but I don't recall a church tower.

Speaking of TBL, where did Elude spring up from*? Their last few productions have been very polished (I'm sure there is a big pun in there somewhere) and remind me of some of TBL's finest.

*rhetorical, I know they're Polish...

Maybe you are thinking of the rooftop scene just before the end. It starts out as a crow's eye in extreme close-up and then zooms out rapidly to reveal a rooftop overlooking a cityscape. At this point, a flock of crows appear as the demo winds up to the final scene with the 3D crow perched on what appears to be a bit of metal piping.

I was talking about Elude; I said their recent releases remind me of TBL's best stuff, at least as far as presentation goes.

On my a1200 060 32mb ram starstruck never runs (maybe need some more ram?) and we come in peace freezes at loading screen.

Probably. It runs fine on my 68040 (256MB). When I say fine, I mean most of it is OK, but in places it's very slow.

Some of them were members of MAWI.
