is there anyway to test a ppc for the a1200 without installing ppc software?
i got a blizzard ppc that i want tocheck

Best way is probably to run the OS4 install disk if you can find one. If it boots up correctly, the PPC works. Most ppc install disks require other jiggery-pokery to get working (patches, OS3.1 etc. etc.), the OS4 disk is the only standalone one I can think of that should work.

You don't need to install any software. The software is included on the flash of the BPPC.
Just run some PowerUP software.

how can i acces that software on the flash? i got no disks or whatever with the card

You don't need to access any software on the flash. It's automagic.
Just run some powerup software.

Download "PPC Test Disk" from this page.. http://powerup.amigaworld.de/index.php?lang=en&page=24
It extracts as a bootable floppy to test the PPC with either PowerUP och WarpUP.

I agree the PPC Test Disk is the easiest method to verify the PPC chip is working.
